I’m a very empathic professional who has worked in the field of mental health and addictions for many years. My life experience is abundant and I have a passion for working with people to help them find their direction. I earned both a BA Degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and a Master’s Degree in Human Development Counseling and an Educational Specialist Degree from Vanderbilt University. My certifications include National Board of Certified Counselors, Certified Life Coach from the Institute of Orange County and Certified Recovery Coach through NYS Recovery Coach Institute.
